Meet Bo
Founder
Hi, I'm Bo: curious, energetic and business savvy. As a trusted sparring partner, I enjoy working with founders, CEOs, investors and (People & Culture) leaders. With a strong vision and over 15 years of experience, I bring valuable insights. I am a pragmatic problem solver, positive, and connect people and ideas.
My experience within the HR domain is broad, from operational to strategic. I have worked at corporates such as Heineken and Nestlé Nespresso, scale-ups such as Groupon, and in the luxury hospitality sector at De L'Europe Amsterdam. Large projects, such as reorganizations, implementing a solid People & Culture foundation, and cultural trajectories, are my specialty.
With an academic background in Public Administration and Organizational Sciences and a Masters in Strategic Human Resource Management, I combine theory and practice to make a real impact. As a strategic business partner, I not only provide advice, but also ensure that it is converted into action and translated into concrete results.
